I usually go to Pappy and Harriet’s or Joshua Tree National Park when I head to the desert. But there are some random cool artsy things that are off the beaten path I enjoy. One of them was a yard that was filled with old neon signs. I have no idea if it would have been okay to bug the house owner to see the signs up close. They are all visible from outside the fence, though. It’s a nice little side trip that is worth your while.
